She is all about Equity develops tools, designs programs, trains and coaches teams that are engaged in improving social, educational and/or health and wellness equity outcomes for communities. We work with governmental and educational institutions, corporations and nonprofit organizations.
We design governmental institutions cannabis regulations social equity programs. In addition, we assist businesses with developing their social equity programs.
We develop curriculum and assessment tools for schools and educational based nonprofit organizations.
We work with community-based nonprofit organizations to improve health and wellness outcomes.
Zeasuchia Tate
Team Leader
She is all about equity. Tate began her career in 2016 after graduating from Ferris State University with a Bachelor's Degree. While at Ferris State, Tate's focus was integrative studies and she has a minor in health, wellness and society. Health and wellness equity as well as education equity have been a priority for her since she started her career in community service as a city year fellow in Milwaukee Public Schools. As a City Year Fellow and then a Denver Math Fellow in the Denver Public Schools for 2017-2018 school year. Tate wanted to make sure low-income urban students had the resources and tools they need to be successful in school. Tate is a teacher by training and small business owner.
She is now focused on social equity. Tate helped design the City of Pontiac Social Equity Plan for Adult-Use Cannabis. She is skilled in assessment tools, community engagement, business development, training and social equity programming.
